Website Templates

Template Description
home This is used for the homepage.
content This is used for all content pages. 
detail This is used for search results, sitemap, blog articles and calendar event pages.
login This is only used for the login page /login. This has login/logout fields on it.
web-admin This is used for all administration pages e.g. /header-admin. It only has one zone to enable the Ajax to pick up the correct feature.
web-browser-support Only used for the /browser-support page. This is shown to people using IE7 or below.
 

Footer

The footer links and text info in the Footer can be updated via the text feature on the following admin page /footer-admin

 

Homepage

Banner

The images for the homepage slideshow can be edited using the thumbnail gallery seen in the top left of the page when in edit mode.

The settings should be as follows:
"How do you want the Photo Gallery to look?" - "Gallery with Shadowed Thumbnails"

  • These images must be 1300px (width) x 682px (height).

Important Notice

To display the important notice, please go to "page settings" and add "important-notice" to the tags section at the bottom of the page. Once that has been saved the important notice will appear on the home page. To undo this remove the "important-notice" tag within the page settings.

Blog

Incase this feature is deleted or altered, the settings for styling are as follows:

"How do you want this blog to look?" - "As a list with Summary"

"How do you want the date format to display?" - "Day, Month, YYYY"

For each post, insert the a "blog post" Content Template and edit the information accordingly.

Quick Links (Blog)

To edit the quick links of the home page go to Quick Links

Calendar

Incase this feature is deleted or altered, the settings for styling are as follows:

"How do you want the calendar to look?" - "Enhanced list view"

"How would you like the date format" - "Full text without year"

 

Content Pages

Content Page Right Column

The right column area on the content pages will only display if there is a feature in the zone.

Content Page Banner

Images for the content page slideshows can be edited using the thumbnail gallery seen in the top left of the page when in edit mode. A default image will be used if no thumbnail gallery is added to the zone. The default image can be changed by overwriting it with an image of the same name and in the same location in the MainFolder: /MainFolder/content-banner/default-banner.jpg 

The settings should be as follows:
"How do you want the Photo Gallery to look?" - "Gallery with Shadowed Thumbnails"

  • These images must be 1568px (width) x 616px (height).

Blog Posts

Once a blog feature has been added please ensure the following settings are true to maintain the posts display with the correct styling:

"How do you want this blog to look" - "as a list with Summary"

For each post, insert the a "blog post" Content Template and edit the information accordingly.

It is also advised that the pages with blog posts don't have features in the right hand coloumn. This allows more room for posts and in turn makes them more elibible to read over varying dimensions.

 

Detail Pages (search results, sitemap, calendar and blog pages)

Banner

The same default image that's used when there is no banner on the content pages is used here. The default image can be changed by overwriting it with an image of the same name and in the same location in the MainFolder: /MainFolder/content-banner/default-banner.jpg  

  • This image must be 1300px (width) x 682px (height).
