The Equality Act 2010 and public sector equality duty requires us to publish information that demonstrates that we have due regard for the need to:

  • Eliminate unlawful discrimination, harassment, victimisation and any other conduct prohibited by the Equality Act 2010;
  • Advance equality of opportunity between people who share a protected characteristic and people who do not share it; and
  • Foster good relations between people who share a protected characteristic and people who do not share it.

  • To promote spiritual, moral, social and cultural development with particular reference to diversity and inclusion.
  • To recruit new governors to the board, who reflect the diversity of our families in school.
  • To close the attainment gap to no more than 10% between disadvantaged pupils and others nationally, with particular consideration of the COVID effect, in English and maths.
